BIOCIDE F-10™ offers a variety of performance and application benefits.

DOSING:
Biocide F-10™ is dosed at the rate of 70-100 ppm during flushing sequences of plant, however this could also be dosed intermittently incase system is in continuous operation. To calculate the dose rate of Biocide F-10™ in liter/hour the following formula can be used.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
BIOCIDE F-10™ specifically formulated broad spectrum biocide for RO membrane preservation. This new preservative provides formaldehyde-free biocidal solution. BIOCIDE F-10™ preservative is effective at very low use level and is stable in difficult to preserve high pH conditions. Bacteria free feed water in RO system is very difficult to maintain, however, control of biological activity can be achieved by dosing BIOCIDE F-10™ intermittently.
APPLICATION:
Biological activity is controlled by finding the T.B.C level in reject stream the dose rate can be increased or decreased according to the T.B.C results.
DILUTION:
During membranes cleaning step 1-1.5 % BIOCIDE F-10™ solution is circulated for 1-2 hours after acid cleaning and before alkaline cleaning step.
